America, the Beautiful

"America" is an expression of rememberence for those who perished on September 11, 2001. Everyone is invited to participate in the sponsorship of this beautiful new horse on the inside row of the Eldridge Park Carousel. Become a sponsor with a large or small donation of your own. America was outfitted in her stunning new "stars & stripes digs" by Elmira's own artist, Frank Messina, and officially came aboard the carousel turntable at Eldridge Park on September 11, 2011, the 10 Year Anniversary of the tragedy that all of America will never forget.
