ale is a native Elmiran and a retiree of Southside High School having been a counselor at SHS and Broadway for 34 years. He is active in The Popcorn Truck Preservation Society, The Chemung Valley Farmers Museum at the fairgrounds, The Friends of Woodlawn Cemetery, several antique car clubs and the EPCPS where he is the Dragon Boat Project Manager, heading the crew to put Jasper II on Eldridge Lake.
