My wife, Pat, and I reside in Horseheads. Like so many other area residents, we have countless fond memories while growing up of fun filled days and nights at Eldridge Park.

Photography has always intrigued me, but my interest intensified recently while helping out with the Eldridge Park Restoration Project. Thanks to so many dedicated volunteers, corporate sponsors, and others donating freely of their time and money, wonderful things are happening here almost on a daily basis.

I felt compelled to capture visual memories of the faces of volunteers making it all happen, spectators enjoying family fun - the beautifully restored as well as the new park attractions.

It is my hope that you will bring your family to experience The New Eldridge Park soon and enjoy the beautifully restored carousel and dance hall (formerly the Whip Building), the new arcade, skateboard park and Jasper II, The new Dragon Boat. There's free entertainment, a food concession, athletic fields, picnicing, new and unusual paddle boats. The
list goes on and on!
