Wish List for Protect Eldridge Committee
List not necessarily in order of priority:

Comprehensive Master Plan for Eldridge Park to provide a proper planning tool for future development of the park.
Full time EPCPS employee as Park Maintenance man
Entrance transformation (Brick relief statues of Owanah & Newamee and landscaping for tunnel entrance, future “brick or cobble” roadway to tunnel, North entry gateway.
Landscaping berms in key locations which will serve to identify separate areas of the park and to unify them into a whole. Proper signage throughout Park.
Chapel Grove/ Fountain in lake/ Spring House pavilion
Victorian bandstand/shell
Multipurpose Turf field with lighting (soccer, lacrosse, football)
Victorian lighting around lake and entire park eventually
“Casino Tower”/ Dock
“Jasper” the dragon boat and “Swan” paddle boats
Corporate picnic pavilion
Family picnic pavilions
Putt-Putt with lighting /pond near play gym/berms along pond
Longhouse storage building for “Jasper”/equipment
Expanded parking
Hidden location for garbage containers
Arcade (in existing newer building)
Landscaping (Willows along south entrance road, tree line visually connecting playing fields to food court, trees on berms, perennial beds, planters, creek improvements etc.
Infrastucture allowing for electrical service to lighting and to rides along shoreline near old locations of airplane ride, scrambler etc.
Improvements to existing bathroom facilities/college storage facilities
Improvements to existing food court/arcade buildings (water heaters, remodeling)
Trolley shuttle to eventually be replaced by1/2 scale railway for park transportation
Stamped concrete (cobble styled)
